By accessing and using the Njiro Luxury Resort website, making reservations, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.
These terms apply to all users of the site, including without limitation, guests, visitors, browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and contributors of content.
All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation email or booking reference number from us.
You must provide accurate and complete information when making a reservation. We reserve the right to cancel any booking made with false or fraudulent information.
Guests must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
A deposit of 20% of the total booking value is required to confirm your reservation. The deposit must be paid at least three days before your scheduled arrival date.
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, mobile money (M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa, Airtel Money), and bank transfers. All USD payments must be in new series notes (2009 and above).
The remaining balance is due upon check-in or as otherwise specified in your booking confirmation.
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled check-in time are free of charge, and the deposit will be refunded in full.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will incur a charge of 50% of the first night's rate. The deposit will be forfeited.
Guests who fail to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice will be charged 100% of the first night's rate, and the reservation will be canceled.
Refund Processing: Refunds, when applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please contact us in advance to arrange.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Njiro Luxury Resort shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings. Guests are advised to use in-room safes and consider travel insurance.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Njiro Luxury Resort or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tanzania.
